Global players like Facebook, Apple or Microsoft are using them, just like smaller companies do, too. What exactly are chatbots and how complicated is it to create them? Will apps be replaced by chatbots and become superfluous?  What are some of the drawbacks and opportunities of these new communcation technologies and how could they be used to offer customers and users a quicker, simpler or perhaps more pleasant experience?
